    A Healing Ray Spell

    The human body can heal and maintain healthy balance using its intrinsic gifts and gifts provided by the universe. For this to happen, there needs to be balance between natural health and technical health practices. Here are some tips for activating the natural healing potential of the body: During meditation, focus on any body areas where a need is perceived. Connect with your higher self, and state these or similar words: Spirit guides make me an open channel to receive the healing ray of the universe. Visualize a healing ray of energy flowing through your crown and down through your body. Thank the universe for sending this healing ray, and afterward return to the universe any excess energy you do not need.

    Flu-Be-Gone Spell

    When you have the flu and nothing seems to help, try this spell. First, light an orange candle for energy, a blue candle for healing, and a magenta candle for speed. Burn some sage incense for its antibacterial properties. Take your favorite warm beverage and ask Hygea to bless it, speeding your recovery. Play some quiet, restorative music, sleep as much as possible. The consecrated liquid will cleanse your body as it travels through, and the sleep will give your body the quiet time it needs to heal.

    Healing Poppet

    To provide someone some healing magic, make an image of wax and incorporate some hair or a photograph from the person to be healed. Put your wand on the poppet’s chest and name it for the person concerned. Wash it in running water, saying: “Be cleansed of disease and negativity.” Wrap it in a blue cloth, saying: “I call upon the goddess to bless and heal [your friend’s name], here represented by this poppet.” Leave the poppet on the altar or other safe place until the healing is completed. Afterwards, wash the poppet in running water. Place your athame on its breast, and say: “You are no longer the image of [your friend’s name]. Return to the elements from which you came.” Break the poppet into pieces and throw it into running water.
