Payment Options, Shipping, Layaway, Cancellations, et cetera

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We no longer accept international orders. No exceptions.


COVEN, GROUP & BULK DISCOUNTS:
Do you need several of the same item for your Coven or group? We will offer you a discount on multiples of four or more. We also offer bulk discounts on certain items. If you need to take advantage of these discounts, email us for more information.


PAYMENT METHODS:
CREDIT CARDS, including debit cards, are accepted through our shopping cart. To use your credit card, place the items you want into your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click on "check out". You will be taken to a window that lets you use your credit card or PayPal account.

If you do not want to use this method to buy by credit card, simply choose the pay by mail method in the shopping cart when your order is complete.

If you don't have a PayPal account and want to try it, it is very easy to sign up and they will give you a $5.00 free just for opening an account! There is a link at the bottom of the page that will take you to a PayPal registration page. Your shopping cart will have your item amounts. Don't forget to add shipping unless you plan to come to coastal Georgia to pick up your order. :)

PERSONAL CHECKS, CASHIERS CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS are also accepted. You will receive an email with payment instructions if you select this method of payment. There is a $30.00 service fee for bounced checks, which is what our bank charges us if your check bounces.

SHIPPING:
If you are sending your payment via mail, please send a copy of your order. We prefer that you print it from your computer. However, if you are not able to print it, any paper will do. Just make sure all the info that appears on the checkout is on the paper.

Some orders may ship in multiple boxes if they come from more than one warehouse. Special order items requested from the warehouse may take the longest. Please keep in mind that the runes are custom made after the order is placed so please allow time for this to be properly done. If there is a problem with the shipment, we will let you know via email or phone. Shipping charges are based on rates for the domestic United States. Outside of the US will vary. We reserve the right to charge you the appropriate charges for shipping inside and outside the United States, which may mean a small additional charge to your credit card. Some items are heavier or require alternative shipping methods because of the Homeland Security Act shipping restrictions, which may incur higher shipping charges. Our shopping cart shows the message that "Actual shipping charges may vary." Placing an order with us denotes your acceptance of these terms.

EXPEDITED HANDLING:
Expedited handling requires that our staff work overtime to process your order. Expedited shipping fee is an additional $25.00 plus regular shipping fee. If the order is heavy or containes bulky items, there will be an additional shipping fee as well in accordance with your heavy/bulky items.

BACK ORDERS and OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
If your item is backordered, it will be sent to you as soon as it is available. Your invoice will be marked "Shipped separately". There is no additional shipping charge for back order items. We ship them at our expense. If we find that it will be a considerable time before your item can be shipped, we will refund the price of the item so that you may reorder it at a later date.


SALE or DISCOUNT COUPON ORDERS:
Please enter your coupon number in the Message/Comments area of the shopping cart. Your discount will be applied when your credit card is charged.


LAYAWAY:
We pleased to offer a free and easy lay-a-way plan as follows:

1.) Layaway is available for orders over $50.00.

2.) There are NO layaway handling fees.

3.) A down payment is required based on the following:
$50 to $200 = 20% down & 60 days
$201 to $500 = 20% down & 90 days
$501 & over = 20% down & 120 days
Your down payment goes toward the purchase of your merchandise.

4.) You decide how often you want to pay, however layaway must be paid in full by the guidelines stated above. Please mark your calendar to send payment every two weeks on your layaway. Timely payments are your responsibility.

5.) You can use the following methods to make down payments and payments: PayPal, personal or cashier checks and money orders.

6.) Sorry, no partial take out on layaways.

7.) There is a $10.00 non-refundable restocking charge/cancellation charge if you cancel your layaway. The total amount due back to the customer is the total amount paid by the customer less the $10.00 restocking charge/cancellation fee.

How to use layaway:
Complete the order form on our Layaway Page.
We will email your total and the amount due as down payment.
You should make the down payment via PayPal within 24 hours or notify us that you will be sending your payment via mail.
If your down payment is not received within seven days your items will be returned to the general merchandise stock.

Just select "Layaway" as the payment option in the shopping cart when you complete your order. Layaway instructions may be received from our robot: layaway@witchcraft-supplies.com


PRIVACY POLICY:
We do not share customer information including email or postal mail address with anyone.
It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail.
Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on orders received.
This site contains links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by other parties. We are not responsible for the operation of, or content located on or through any such site, or information collected by such sites.


TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, whether such orders have been confirmed and your payment sent. If your payment has already been sent for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your PayPal account in the amount of the charge.


ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY - "Price and Availability is Subject to Change Without Notice".
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to change the price as stated by the policy "Prices Subject To Change Without Notice". We will make every attempt to complete your order before cancellation.


ORDER CANCELLATION:
There is a $10.00 cancellation fee. We can not cancel orders after they have been shipped. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges along with our actual shipping charges. Credit will be issued for merchandise or a gift certificate. We do not give cash refunds.


INFORMATION FOR AOL MEMBERS:
AOL has been arbitrarily shutting down service from ISP providers. This is apparently AOL's inadequate answer to the SPAM problem. This means if you are using AOL for your email there is a VERY good possibility that you are not receiving emails, not just from us but from others you might communicate with. This is their idea of solving spam problems - "shutdown service arbitrarily". Because many of our customers have AOL addresses this means we may not be able to communicate with you as we would like. Unfortunately, we have no control over this problem.


ORDER RETURNS:
We accept returns under the following conditions:
* You must email us within seven (7) days of receiving the order for authorization code for returns.
* We do not refund postage either way.
* The merchandise must be in new condition.
* By law, we cannot accept returns on oils, bath products or other personal items or kits that include these items.
You *must* meet the above conditions for us to accept the return.
There is a $10.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) restocking fee on returned orders.
We do not give cash refunds.
